Gut renovation of a modest One bedroom apartment in SoHo to be rented out to Young Professionals at reasonable rates in this over-priced neighborhood. Note the weird bathroom configuration of the apartment before the renovation not un-typical for the Nineteenth Century tenements of Lower Manhattan and the conversion of a window-less former bedroom into a bathroom with a laundry space. We were designer, architect and architect of record.
